The Mabruk app and website provide a digital platform that enables users to access real discounts and a variety of offers from registered stores, restaurants, and service providers across Iraq.
Please note that Mabruk does not provide direct delivery or shipping services. All deliveries are fulfilled by delivery agents employed or assigned by the participating stores listed on the platform.
The registered store is fully responsible for preparing and delivering the order to the user.
The delivery agent assigned by the store is the one who delivers the order to the customer’s specified address.
Mabruk bears no direct or indirect responsibility for the delivery process, including any delays, failures, or the condition of the product upon delivery.
Delivery time may vary from store to store depending on geographic location and product availability.
Users will be informed of the estimated delivery time at checkout. Actual delivery time may vary due to high demand or unforeseen conditions.
Delivery fees are determined solely by the store or its partnered delivery service.
Mabruk does not charge or control any delivery fees.
The delivery fee amount will be clearly shown to the user before confirming the order.
In case of delayed or failed delivery, users should contact the store or assigned delivery agent directly.
Users may also submit a report through the app, and the Mabruk team will forward the complaint to the concerned store for follow-up.
Customers must inspect the product before accepting the delivery. If any issues are found (such as damage or mismatch), the user may refuse the order on the spot in accordance with the app’s cancellation policy.
Once the order is accepted, it is considered delivered unless a complaint is submitted within the return policy time frame.
Delivery policies may vary between stores (regarding delivery times, covered areas, or handover conditions).
Certain products (e.g., food, perishable items) may require immediate delivery and cannot be delayed.
Mabruk provides communication tools only to connect users with stores. We do not directly manage or oversee deliveries.
Complaints regarding delivery agents or delays may be submitted via the in-app support center.
Mabruk acts solely as a digital intermediary between users and participating stores and assumes no legal liability for delivery quality, incorrect addresses, or delivery agent behavior.
